I hope this helps you solve your problem. What weapon is it? Is it a vanilla weapon? A moded weapon? Expansion weapon? Was anything happening at the time during which it apperently bugged out? Make sure you use the charged weapon versions code. Use and to find the serial code for the item that was bugged. A list of items and item serial codes should pop up. To re-add it with the console do the following. I don't usually support that kind of thing but if it's bugged it's bugged. If you still cannot get help after providing more information I recommend droping the item or selling it then readding it with the console.
